The Stand

                       If I quote you Scripture and tell you my stand, then will you leave?

(1 Peter 5:6-10 KJV) Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: {7} Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. {8} Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: {9} Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. {10} But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you.

You seek, but you shall not find for I know you are nothing more than a pretender. And were you a lion, surely you'd know that through King David, my God slew the lion and the bear? You bring no terror here. For I have cast all care upon Him who careth for me. Your tricks are nothing special; they are old, the same as you have plied on all humankind. Others have resisted, been made perfect, strengthened and settled. My fate shall be no less.

(Luke 8:49-50 KJV) While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master. {50} But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.

I shall fear not; I believe only; I am made whole. You have no part in me.

(2 Thessalonians 1:2-3 KJV) Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. {3} We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

In all things, my faith and love toward all Believers grows exceedingly.

(Hebrews 4:9-11 KJV) There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. {10} For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. {11} Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

I have ceased from my own work and now labor only to enter the rest of my God.

(Philippians 1:27-28 KJV) Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; {28} And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.

I stand fast with the Believers in Jesus Christ in one spirit, with one mind, striving for the gospel. We are terrified in nothing. With the faith of Jesus, I shall be your terror.

(1 Peter 3:14 KJV) But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

I am not afraid of your terror. My only suffering is for the sake of righteousness.

(1 John 2:5 KJV) But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

Know that I know Him and am perfected by following His word, and the love of Jesus Christ is perfected in me.

(1 John 3:22-23 KJV) And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. (23) And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

I dwell in the Christ, Jesus, keep His commandments, and do what is pleasing to Him, and therefore receive whatsoever I ask in His name.

(1 John 4:12 KJV) No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

I shall love the fellow Believers and God shall dwell with me and His love shall be perfected in me.

(John 13:34 KJV) A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

I follow the command to love fellow Believers as God has loved me.

(John 16:23 KJV) And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.

Whatever I ask the Father in the name of Jesus, I shall have.

(John 17:22-23 KJV) And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: {23} I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

As Jesus is one with the Father, I am one with Him. And you have no part in us.

(John 17:25-26 KJV) O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

How wonderful it is that the Creator of all, loves me just as much as He loves Jesus.

(1 John 4:18 KJV) There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Fear shall be my early warning system that love is not perfected in me; and I shall respond with love.

(1 John 5:3-5 KJV) For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. {4} For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. {5} Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the  Son of God?

In all things, I shall overcome, for I know and confess that Jesus is the Son of God!

(Jude 1:20-21 KJV) But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, {21} Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Despite my circumstances I shall not pray the problem, but will pray in the Holy Spirit who knows all. Thus, I shall keep myself in the love of God.

(1 John 5:18 KJV) We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

You cannot touch me, because I am born of God and do not live in sin.

Now it is done. It should be clear that you have no part here. I am whole; healthy, wise, prosperous, and I dwell in peace and security. Your efforts can change none of this. You shall no longer bring terror, for I declare the complete word of God, JESUS.
